Architect: Ykra SàrlDesign: Les CraftiesPlace: Geneve , SwitzerlandFabrics: Tulle Custom Print4Spaces / ZigZagZurich collaborated with HEAD GENEVA on a unique artist production with ‘Les Crafties’  and printed sheers for their new Mensa used as dividing curtains. Les Crafties is a studio founded in 2018 by Jeanne and Marie-Marie that creates collections applied to the domestic spaces. Their collections are sets, props, objects, almost in the tradition of «ensembliers». Their objects are dialogues of materials, colors and scales. It is a joyful back and forth between volume and dish, and above all the desire to visually transcribe the pleasure of handling materials. Out of this collaboration, they designed also an iconic bath shower curtain ‘le balcon artiste’  for ZigZagZurich    

Architecture deals with atmospheres.As part of the ETH design studio Meteora, ZigZagZurich is involved in fictional scenographies to create a family house for Charlotte Adigéry and Bolis Pupul, rising stars of electronic music.How to deal with humor, love and privacy? Architect: Herzog de Meuron Basel Description: To specify a sustainable and durable fabric for upholstery which meets local fire requirements. Fabric: Brad Cork Fabric ''M+ is not just another museum. M+ is a cultural centre for 20th and 21st century art, design, architecture, and the moving image. As such, it embraces the entire spectrum of spaces, means of display and activities related to exhibiting and viewing these media. The spaces range from the conventional white cube, reconfigurable spaces, screening rooms and multipurpose facilities to so-called third spaces and even an 'Industrial Space'” says Herzog de Meuron. 

Briefing: To develop a textile to be used on wall and ceiling panels.... 4Spaces constructed a special knit construction in 100% Trevira CS especially for this project using two weights to accommodate the different requirements between wall, ceiling, and windows....

Architects: FHV + Blancasmoran   Interior Design: GREGO Architektur GmbH Briefing: The building is the new minimal residence for the Swiss Ambassador in Mexico City. While concrete is the dominant material used throughout, terrazzo floor and black granite volumes add to the building’s striking appearance. Greenery, nature, and textiles provide a softer composition juxtaposed alongside its geometrically defined austerity. Aside from the privacy and ambient, the textile also contributes to the acoustics.
